Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very clean throughout the hotel. The Rooftop was a neat location to unwind in the evening for the adults. One thing to note is that parking is in the garage across the street so expect additional daily expenses for that. We did not utilize the breakfast option. Would definitely stay here again!

I had been warned about staying in Memphis but was pleasantly surprised by the property and the sense of security with it. I loved the convience of being right across the street from Graceland...I now know why they offer multi-day tkts, I wish I had more time and will be returning in the future to be able to fully enjoy The Graceland experience as well as all that The Guest House has to offer. We really enjoyed the live music offered in the evenings and chats with the staff were most memorable esp with Ms. Hamilton at the peanut butter and jelly counter and Mrs. Tina in the gift shop they are true treasures to the establishment! Be sure to tell Mrs. Tina I can't wait to take her to Daytona to watch the sun rise=)

"Really this is about the casino. The hotel is old and dingy and dirty. Amenities are very dated. They put on a second floor with all the convention rooms, terrible look for the hotel. "Older hotel, but it was clean. Besides the guy running girls from the lobby and there only being a few tables games, it was a decent stay.
